Culinary Institute of America graduate dedicated to creating top-of-the-line products for all. Aden's knack for out-of-the-box ideas inspire him to create unique sweets. This foundation led him to partner with Rylie to open a bean-to-bar chocolateria with a contemporary base inspiration and flavors.

Rylie Mendez
Originally from Omaha, NE, Rylie knew the Culinary Institute of America was her best chance to get out and experience the pastry world. While earning her degree she found a passion for chocolates, and after graduating in 2022 decided to build that passion into a bean-to-bar chocolateria.
